You can’t visit Bundaberg without getting a snap of the iconic BIG Bundaberg Rum Bottle at the Distillery!

Mon Repos Turtle Encounter
A full turtle experience running 7 nights a week from November till March each year. Enjoy a unique Ranger-guided experience, where you can observe turtles nest and hatch in their home environment. Then later in the season you’ll get to see the freshly hatched turtles make their way into the ocean.

Travel Planning Guides
There is a different park in Bundaberg called Hinkler Park. Don’t confuse it with this one, which is Hinkler Lions Park.
Is the Hinkler lion park closed as we went there to stay over there is a sign on a caravan to say it closed
I just had a look on WikiCamps and it seems Bundaberg is having a huge homelessness crisis due to lack of rental availability. It sounds like Hinkler has become a bit of a refuge for those without anywhere else to go, so maybe the council have closed the park for a while.
