The Bandahngan Campground offers gorgeous bush camping nestled above the falls along the banks of Tooloom Creek. This picturesque camping site alongside Tooloom Falls is situated about 17km south of Woodenbong and only 5 minutes from Urbenville in northern New South Wales.

We enjoyed three days off-grid here over the Australia Day weekend and loved every minute of it. The campground did fill up during this holiday period, but we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.
Back in the past, it used to be called Tooloom Falls Free Camp, but these days there are only five camping spots, and bookings are via the NSW Parks website. This is to help respect and preserve the area.
We highly recommend this gem for anyone passing through or even as a weekend trip from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and surrounds. What a beautiful spot to rest and unwind, with a waterfall just a hop, skip and a jump down the bush track!

Tooloom falls has now been locked out by the local indigenous community. There is now no access to the day use area or the camping area.
